If you're a fierce female who is 18 or older and interested in becoming the next hellion on wheels, join skaters with the Savannah Derby Devils women's roller derby league for a night of tryouts starting at 8 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 26, at the Garden City Recreation Center/Gym behind Groves High School on Hwy. 21.
Skates and protective gear will be provided at no cost, but bring your own if you have it and wear comfortable clothing to break a sweat in.
The Devils will be testing women for their agility and confidence on skates, so join us if you think you can roll with the punches.
Bring a photo ID and medical insurance information if you have it.
